This is not your ordinary blog with recipe ideas and parenting tips. (If I find some we think you'll love or that worked well for us, we will be sure to share it with you.)
Do you love Jesus? Do you sometimes cuss or do something that doesn't fit inside that "Ideal Christian Image?" Yeah, same here.
Christ is my first love. Always will be. But, I am human. I'm a wife, a mom, a friend and so much more. I lose my patience. I lose my temper. But, regardless of what comes out of my mouth, I NEVER lose my faith. (Yes, sometimes it is a lack of coffee in my mouth that makes me lose my mind).
I am not perfect. None of us are. But let's keep in mind that Romans 1:8 says "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those that are in Christ Jesus,". Meaning, we live under grace. I will admit that there are times I forget this myself, but Romans 1:8 is a great reminder that Christ has set me free from the guilt of being human and making mistakes.
This isn't just a faith blog. Yes, my faith is important, but let's also get practical here as well.
So buckle up! This is going to be a crazy ride!
